The Stroke Program is a JCAHO-approved Primary Stroke Center and is the only advanced stroke program of its kind in our area. Eligible patients can be treated up to 8 hours from the onset of their stroke symptoms.

A highly-trained team of specialists that includes neurology, neurosurgery, interventional neurosurgery, and neuroradiology work together to provide timely and safe treatment of stroke patients. Some of the therapies administered include PA, MERCI retrieval, and angioplasty. Stereotactic radiosurgery is used for appropriate conditions.
